Sebastian is only available if you have the Exiled Prince DLC. His family are nobility from Starkhaven, making him a prince. Advancing one romance does not necessarily end the others, at least until a certain point. This allows the player to sleep with Isabela even after this "breakup" dialogue and even after bedding Fenris, then deal with the queued romance(s) Ganador they see fit. Her dialogue favors Fenris with both contact me of the men queued at contact me the same time, and she makes no mention of Merrill until after she has moved in, thus the dialogue does signal the end of the romance. The choices you make Chucho affect your relationship with Anders greatly. You can calm him down using the green leaf dialogue option and he will run back to his clinic. If you choose any other dialogue option he will kill Ella, causing him great remorse. If you refuse to help Anders, the quest ends here and will increase your rivalry with him by a fair amount.
